Slido is the web-based application that Encounter Edu uses to manage audience interaction during broadcast live lessons, through Q&A, polls, and quizzes.

Some school networks may block access to Slido, and Slido has a help page to support troubleshooting.

There is also a useful online tool that will run a diagnostic on your device and network to see if there may be any issues. If any problems do occur, you can copy the link at the bottom of the page to the team managing your IT, and they can refer to the results and the Slido troubleshooting guide to work through any issues.
